Resilience - The ability to bounce back from the challenges of life - like a tree with deep roots, which bends in strong winds but doesn't break. Resilience can help us to thrive in the face of mental and physical challenges.
Vitality - To feel fully alive, full of energy. This state has been described as the opposite of depression. It's what gets us out of bed in the morning and gives a sense of joie de vivre.
